I want to shout out from the rooftops how the laser hair removal treatment has been the biggest blessing I have experienced. As a PCOS sufferer I can honestly say I did not believe this treatment could even help me with reducing my facial hair let alone permantly remove them, but was assured by Binisha it would work. This turned out to be the best decision I have ever made, because after the first treatment I was in disbelief at the reduction my hair grew back. After 4 sessions 60% off my facial hair was effectively gone. Within 6 sessions 80% my facial hair has gone. Since returning I can honestly say, my facial hair is 95% gone and this is by visiting the clinic once a month and taking a year away. Horrible, rude staff, doesn’t accept their mistake, got my eyebrow tint done and warned about the hair colour so that both don’t look completely opposite and she still messed up , she took the payment beforehand and was not apologetic at all.Worst experience ever and she was rolling her eyes on me.Not recommended at all! Avoid!

I booked a restyle and blow dry, with the appointment scheduled for 50 minutes. However, the service was completed in around 20 minutes.In my previous experience, a blow dry has included a hair wash. At this salon, my hair was simply sprayed with a water bottle before being dried at the end of the appointment. This may be standard practice for the salon, but it was not what I had expected when booking.The salon I was directed to was located down an alleyway behind a fast-food shop. As other reviewers have mentioned, it had a very different aesthetic and atmosphere from the salon advertised.I was disappointed with the finish and ultimately booked a blow dry at another salon afterwards, as I had anticipated a more traditional blow-dry service.I appreciate that some of this may have been due to a misunderstanding of what was included. However, I would encourage the salon to make the service description clearer and to advertise the expected appointment length more accurately, as this would help manage customer expectations and avoid disappointment.

WATCH OUT. If you get asked to go to a different address DO NOT GO. This place is a cat fish on treatwell. You book an appointment for hair and you get told last minute to go down an alleyway behind a greasy chicken shop to a box room conversion with someone who doesn’t know how to cut hair. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My hair is dry, frizzy and damaged instead of smooth and healthy after the permanent straightening treatment. The products they used didn’t seem suitable for my hair type, and staff member mentioned that a similar incident had happened before where another client’s hair was damaged few months before.What concerned me the most was that I was not informed about the need for a patch test at the time of booking the appointment. This is a basic safety step that all salons do, and it should have been clearly communicated in advance.I have also tried to contact the salon owner about this issue, they agreed on the damage caused and advised me to book a hair spa treatment at the same salon to fix the damage, which did not feel like an appropriate or reassuring solution. I have been trying to contact them but they don’t respond to me. I have also asked multiple times for a refund, but instead of giving one or trying to help, they don’t respond and ignore my messages.Overall, it was not worth the time or money. I would definitely not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality hair care and people who respond to your concerns.

I had hair re bonding done at this salon in February. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I was assured that the treatment would leave my hair straight and the treatment would grow out. After the procedure, I was told not to wash or wet my hair for three days and to return afterwards for a deep conditioning treatment.When I went back for the conditioning appointment, I discovered that the person who had applied the re bonding treatment to my hair was not actually a certified hairdresser. After the conditioning treatment, the following day it was not straight as expected. Thinking it might improve with a trim, I had my hair cut, hoping that would resolve the issue, but unfortunately it did not.Since then, I have had to straighten my hair every day just to make it look presentable. This defeats the purpose of having re bonding done in the first place. I have contacted the owner several times and sent photos of my hair. I was told that the result looked good on the day, but this does not reflect how my hair behaves after washing. The day after I wash it, my hair becomes very unruly.I have tried multiple times to contact the salon to see what can be done to resolve the issue, but my messages now seem to be ignored. This situation has been very disappointing, and if it cannot be resolved I will have no choice but to seek further advice. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use this salon again.

I am a regular customer of Binishaz cippenham. All the staff that i hv met so far are too good. They are humble n polite and too good at work. Specially Neha is too good and she has a great depth n knowledge of her work. My fav service here is massage. They really give very good n relaxing massage. This was my second visit to Binishaz Aesthetics via a Groupon deal. The treatments themselves are great – both times the full body massage was very relaxing The place is a bit tucked away down an alley which wasn’t immediately obvious, and honestly, it’s not as clean or well-maintained as I’d expect from an aesthetics clinic.Thesecond time, Rupinder did the massage. She was very friendly, smiley, and kept checking if I was okay, which was nice. She also gave a nice head massage. However, the timing felt uneven: about 45 minutes on my back and legs, but only around 15 minutes on the front. She stayed mostly on my left side and only worked on my left arm/hand, completely skipping the right side.More upsettingly, after getting dressed, I opened my purse to leave a £5 tip and found about £35 in cash missing. I searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. We were the only two in the room, my bag was hanging on the door (on the left side where she was positioned a lot), and at times she was using one hand while working. When I mentioned it to her, she denied knowing anything. The owners were very apologetic when I spoke to them and said nothing like this had happened in 18 years (though Rupinder said she’s only been in the country 2 years). I appreciate their response, but the whole incident left me angry and distrustful. It’s a shame because the massages are good value, but between the missing money, the uneven session, the hidden location, and the cleanliness, I won’t be returning. Just be extra careful with valuables and maybe set expectations for the premises.

Worst salon experience ever.I went for a T section of highlights – and well the pictures speak for themselves.Poor application and clearly incompetent. Don’t take on work if you don’t know what you’re doing.They offered to rectify with toner but the trust was lost – toner will not fix a bad application and the owner had the audacity to laugh at me and say I should still pay which I didn’t.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the very beginning, they were so kind and understanding, even allowing me to get my lashes done before payday , which meant so much to me. The lash technician (I can’t remember her name, but she was wonderful!) did such an incredible job — she was professional, gentle, and made the whole process so relaxing.My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — classic, classy, and exactly what I was hoping for. I had an amazing experiance! The massage was one of the best I have ever had. I also had a facial and my skin is so soft and glowing now. The staff are excellent and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, very professional and experienced. Rasola was amazing I recommend her for a massage! 5 stars I highly recommend to others!

I recently had microblading completed here. Great experience from start to finish. The advice amd service was great and maybe confident in making the decision to have this procedure. Had I known sooner I would have had it years ago. Thanks Binisha and team for being great at what you do.

I found Binishaz Aesthetics on Groupon, I didn’t know they were so close to where I live. Shristi was so professional and helpful when I first met her. I have been here a couple of times since then and will continue to do so. I was really pleased with her threading and hair treatment and my daughter was really happy with her waxing. The salon is clean and they have a variety of treatments, I will hopefully be booking a facial and massage with her soon. Thank you so much Shristi.
