Microblading is a tattooing technique in which semi-permanent pigment is added to the skin using a tool that consists of several small needles. In terms of both shape and color, microblading is generally performed on eyebrows to alter both their appearance and shape. In microblading, pigment is inserted under the skin with a needle to create well-defined, natural-looking eyebrows. A touch-up can generally extend the results from 18 to 30 months, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and frequency of touch-ups. We ask you not to pluck or thread your eyebrows for a few days in order to maintain the effects of this cosmetic treatment.
The procedure takes 30min to an hour.
In most cases, 2 to 3 treatments are required, separated by at least 8 weeks. For people with oily skin or those who lack natural eyebrow hair, a third session may be necessary. After the first week, the color appears dramatically lighter.
The spread of bacteria such as staphylococcus (staph) can be caused by dirty water and equipment. They can also spread viruses such as HIV, hepatitis, and herpes.
Microblading should heal your skin in 25 to 30 days following the first session.
It may take between 7 and 14 days for the skin to appear healed and the pigment to fade to its intended shade. In order to get the best results from microblading, the skin must be kept dry for at least seven days after the procedure.
Numbing creams with three anesthetics are the best for microblading. Non-prescription creams lack the power of this cream.
Binishaz’s aesthetic treatments provide you with a world-class aesthetic look with products and professionals of the highest quality. These treatments include Dermal Roller, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, etc.
It usually takes two treatments on average, six to ten weeks apart, to ensure that the brows heal perfectly. It is included in the first touch-up because it gives us the ability to correct any areas that might have faded, or to make suggestions if the client wants to adjust the shape or color.
Over time, this treatment will fade and is considered semi-permanent. To maintain shape, color, and detail, touch-ups are recommended every 1-2 years. Several factors determine how often touch-ups should be performed, including:
– Type of skin (oily skin fades faster)
– Pigment color (lighter color fades faster)
– Exposed to the sun (can cause fade and discoloration of the pigment over time)
– You should use anti-aging products every day such as Retin-A & Alpha Hydroxy (Tretinoin). Your cosmetic tattoo will be shorter lived if you use these products
After your microblading appointment, you must refrain from exercising for 7 days. You may exercise lightly (minimum sweating) afterward, but make sure you clean the tattooed area with lukewarm water. Sweat, due to its salt content, quickly fades pigment and leaves it looking dingy.
We will do our best to make the process as comfortable as possible. Microblading involves the application of a topical anesthetic to the area prior to the procedure, then the administration of a liquid anesthetic during it. It’s relatively pain free for most clients, but some might feel a little discomfort.
Pregnant women should not have cosmetic tattoos performed as a precaution to avoid complications.
We only use one-time-use tools to ensure maximum safety. We provide peace of mind to all of our clients by disposing of blades, hand tools, wipes, and all other products they use during the procedure as biohazardous waste after every session.
